This was a somewhat complex sale extending over several months and my needs and interests as seller were thoroughly understood and supoported throughout the process. They provided excellent guidance on offer strategy, and because of that guidance we won the bid. I could not be happier with the result, and when it comes time to look at another property, I will not hesitate to call them again.

John has now completed two real estate transactions for me, and having worked with other realtors, I can personally state that he is exceptional - far above all the others we have dealt with. Initially, we were forced to use another realtor (we built a home and our builder required that we use his realtor). That realtor was unable to get our condo sold. It was a complicated sale in a building with a difficult HOA. That said, John was able to get our unit sold quickly and at full asking. I highly recommend him.
