Patricia is a native Washingtonian: born in Washington, DC, raised in Montgomery County, and currently living in Arlington with her family. She practiced law in Montgomery County in the commercial real estate field for 5 years prior to obtaining her real estate license and joining her husband John in business in 2010. Patricia negotiated complex sales contracts and leases for commercial real estate clients; transitioning to the brokerage side of residential transactions has been a natural one. Patricia serves on the Board of Directors of a local nonprofit and has been an officer of an Arlington Soccer Association travel team. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the woods, skiing and tennis.
